Bill Schroeder has held numerous CEO positions with leading technology companies including Vormetric, Inc., Diamond Multimedia, Conner Peripherals, Arcada Software and Priam Corporation. Mr. Schroeder holds the M.B.A. degree with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School and the M.S.E.E. and B.E.E. degrees from Marquette University.

Pat Splinter

Pat has more than 27 years of strategic human resources experience and has held executive position for both multi-billion dollar organizations as well as start-ups companies. Pat joined VantagePoint in 2007 and is responsible for managing human capital resources for VantagePoint. For the majority of her career, Pat was an executive at Intel Corporation, where she held a variety of senior management roles. Most notably she was responsible for worldwide human resources for Intel's Microcomputer Components and Technology group. In this role she oversaw 15,000 employees at ten global locations. Subsequently, she held positions as Senior Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for both NetManage and Maxtor Corporation. Pat attended San Francisco State University, and is a member of the board of directors for the San Jose Tech Museum.

Michael A. Rotgin

Michael Rotgin has been a principal in the investment banking industry and has practiced corporate law representing foreign and domestic companies in numerous facets of corporate counseling. Mr. Rotgin has worked for several members of Congress and was a staff member to the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs and served as a team member of the economics cluster for a United States Presidential transition team.

Nick Cross

Nick Cross is a serial entrepreneur active in a range of technology ventures. He was the founder investor in Oxford Semiconductor and served as its Executive Chairman for the first ten years. Mr. Cross holds an MA from Oxford University, an MSc from London Business School and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
