Bill Schroeder
Chief Executive Officer

Bill Schroeder has held numerous CEO positions with leading technology companies including Vormetric, Diamond Multimedia, Conner Peripherals, Arcada Software (a Conner subsidiary) and Priam Corporation. He holds the M.B.A. degree with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School and the M.S.E.E. and B.E.E. degrees from Marquette University.

Dale Lindly
Chief Financial Officer

Dale brings extensive financial experience with high technology companies spanning development, start-up and public environments.  Prior to joining Oxford Semiconductor, Mr. Lindly  held numerous CFO positions with leading semiconductor companies such as MagnaChip Semiconductor, Morphics Technology and Adaptec.  Dale received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Asim Salim
VP, Operations

Asim Salim has extensive experience with product and test engineering, packaging, foundries, and quality and reliability. Prior to Oxford he has held management and technical positions at SiNett Corporation, Centillium Communications, S3, and IDT. Asim obtained his BSc - Engr degree from Aligarh M. University in India and a MASc degree from University of Waterloo, Canada, both in Electrical Engineering.

David Schwartz
VP, Worldwide Sales and Marketing

David Schwartz formerly served as executive vice president of sales and chief operating officer of Renesas and has also served as senior vice president of sales at Mitsubishi Electronics America. He holds an MBA from Farleigh Dickenson University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Pratt Institute.

James Tout
VP, Development

A graduate of Cambridge University, James Tout has a wide-ranging experience of software and hardware development and ASIC design. He has worked at Racal Research as a Senior Design Engineer and Madge Networks as a Principal Development Engineer.
